Pricing Packages

You will receive a link to your private online gallery, along with a password and download pin. From your gallery, you can view proofs, choose what images you want as your "finals," and download your final, edited web-sized JPGs. From your gallery, you can also order prints.

If you've paid for one package, but want to add additional pets and/or people not included in that package, then it's $25 for each additional pet or person.

Yes. $25 buys each additional 30 minutes.

For location shoots, I try to use natural and reflected light, so the time of day I do your session really matters. If the lighting situation during your shoot requires me to use artificial lighting, I have a complete studio lighting kit that I can bring on location.

I will select certain images that I feel lend themselves best as black and white images and include them (along with the color versions) in your image set. I don't charge extra for these, as they are technically duplicates of images I've already selected for your set.

Digital files are easily lost and forgotten. In fact, how many digital images do you currently have on your computer at home that you have never printed? Statistics* show that a staggering 53% of consumers haven’t printed a photo in more than 12 months, 70% don't have photo albums, and 42% no longer print photos at all. On top of that, technology is changing so quickly that many photographs that were taken only 5-6 years ago are stored on devices that are no longer supported. Sadly, this means that many of the memories captured today won’t be around tomorrow!

When you make an investment in portrait photography, you should do it with the goal of displaying the portrait(s) proudly in your home or at your office, versus having a bunch of digital images tucked away in a file folder on your computer never to see the light of day except to occasionally print at a cheap photo lab.

My ultimate goal for the images I capture is to create stunning wall portraits for your home or office, or custom photo albums you can keep and cherish or give as gifts. I make sure that we get the images you love most from your session printed and mounted beautifully, as a single large portrait, a mounted photo series that tells a story, or arranged in a custom album so that you can display them and enjoy them for many years. I use only the very best print lab to create your images.

No, but I'd really prefer you do, because then I can oversee the printing process. As part of my service, I am happy to consult with you on creative ways to take the images you love most from your session and get them mounted as gallery wrap portraits, arranged into a storytelling photo series, or organized into a custom album so that you can view them and enjoy them furever.

You can order most standard prints directly from your private client gallery! For note cards and photo gifts, I can help coordinate and oversee the ordering process.

For albums, I will suggest fun, creative, and inspiring arrangements for your book.

I do not! During an extensive culling process, I hand select the best images for delivery to create a cohesive, beautiful gallery and eliminate images such as test shots, missed focus, awkward faces, etc. You will receive the number of images stated in your selected package.

If you want a few more images than what’s included in your selected package, but not as many as are included in the next package up, I can provide you with additional images for a price of $5 per image (over and above purchased packages.)

Portrait session images are delivered within 30 days’ time. I will do my best to get them to you sooner but this time frame allows for family emergencies, illnesses and other issues that may arise, slowing down the process.

Photo downloads may be included as part of the initial service contract or purchased from HeartPrints Photography, LLC’s, HeartPrints Pet Photography, or Susan Ward Photography’s online store. HeartPrints Photography, LLC’s, HeartPrints Pet Photography, or Susan Ward Photography grants customers a non-exclusive, non-transferable perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the accompanying image(s) subject to the following restrictions:

This license is for PERSONAL use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the Media. Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with the HeartPrints Photography, LLC’s, HeartPrints Pet Photography, or Susan Ward Photography. There are no warranties, express or implied. The Media are provided ‘as is.’

Neither HeartPrints Photography, LLC’s, HeartPrints Pet Photography, Susan Ward Photography, nor their vendors will be liable for any third-party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer’s use of the Media.

Incorporate the Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks.
Make available for download.
Business, school, non-profit, & event Facebook pages ARE NOT personal pages and require a commercial license.
HeartPrints, Susan Ward, and Susan Ward Photography retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the Media.
